20xx年5月10日至5月30日，我参加小学英语教育实习了，这三周是我过得最充实，最辛苦的也是最有成就感和最有挑战性的一段快乐时光，这段日子里，我终于体会到了要做好一名教师，并不像想象中的那么容易，也明白了要做好一名人类灵魂的工程师的责任感和重要性，总之，这是一段将对我以后的工作有着重要影响的日子，我把这三个星期的许许多多这样或者是那样的感受与大家分享。
一、关于学生指导本以为作为一名小学英语课的教师，实习时候当班主任是不大可能的。于是乎我对实习时的班主任工作总抱着一种玩一玩的态度，然而来到了三水区西南街道金本小学，我的心态变了。
第一天见到我们的班主任，她就要我在全班同学作一次自我介绍。本以为很简单的事情，然而站到了讲台上，我却莫名的紧张起来。小学三年级(一)班50对眼睛盯着我看，眼睛里充满了期待，充满了好奇。下课的时候，一些小学生主动走到我的前面，对我说：老师，我们很喜欢你，孩子们的话语缓解了我的紧张情绪。
实习第一周我开始了我的班主任工作，每天检查督促学生早读，课间操，眼保健操，体锻课，等等，参加班里的主题班会。
在我实习的第四周我在班上开了一个“走进小学”的主题班会。在班会上，我请了两位优秀学生给班里的同学介绍学习经验和生活经验，让我发现，其实学生们更加喜欢其他同学的发言。虽然主题班会上发言的同学较少，这是我上这个班会的一些小小的失败，但是我却惊奇的发现，我们班的同学已经听进去了那两位同学的鉴言，已经依照着其他同学的学习方法在不断的努力。班主任的工作不仅是来督促学生的日常生活，重要的是营造一个学习的气氛，使我们的班级形成一个团结向上的集体。小学三年级(一)班学生来自四面八方，第2周的全级跳绳比赛，第3周实习团队倡议的一次的户外活动，让我们班的同学走到了一起，大家都感到了集体的凝聚力，虽然未能获得比较好的成绩，但是我明显感觉到同学的集体观念加强了。
对于这次的班主任工作，我感受最深的是要组织一个成功的班级，班主任首先要选择一些品学兼优、责任心强、身体健康、乐意为同学服务的学生担任班干部，并根据他们性格、能力的差异，安排相应的工作，尽心地进行培养和教育，使之成为同学的榜样，带动其他同学不断进取。对班干部，不能只是使用，还应该进行教育和培养。我经常教育他们树立为集体服务的光荣感和责任感，要求他们努力学习、团结同学、以身作则，鼓励他们既要大胆工作，又要严格要求，教会他们如何分辨是非，及时阻止同学中的不良行为。
二、关于教学指导三水区西南街道金本小学，校园环境优越，教学质量好，对于英语的教育重视程度非常高。小学每个星期有四节课，使用国家统一出版并使用的教材;我在这里实习，指导老师给我们安排3周的教育实习时间，每周4节课，对象为小学三年级一个班，及小学四年级的两个班，也就是说每周我共有三节新课。在整个备课-上课-课后反馈的过程中，我做到了多听课，多看教材，多向指导老师请教交流，多给学生实践的机会。
1.多听课。
上课对我来说是一种对自己语言表达能力和教学技巧的锻炼。在实习期间，我广泛的听课，听指导老师的课，听其他信息技术老师的课，听其他科老师的课，听其他队友的课，每一次都写下详细的听课记录，写出分析研究和评语，从中揣摩优秀老师的上课技巧和艺术。教学本身有着相通的地方，不同的学科，不同老师之间都可以互相借鉴。在多次的听课的基础上，我总结了不少经验，了解信息技术课与其他学科上课环节安排的不同，适当的调整自己以前对上课的陈旧看法，提高自己的教学技能。
2.多看教材。
教材乃上课之本，多看教材对于上课是有非常大的好处的。我所教的小学四年级，每次上课之前，我参考了一些相关资料，尽量使得自己的讲课没有遗漏知识点，并且与以前讲过的例子多做对比，使学生不仅懂得制作教材上的例子，而且可以充分发挥想象力，将自己学到的知识融会贯通。
而小学三年级的学生虽然有自己的教材，但是教材是等到第4周才发下来，很多同学已经习惯没有课本的上课，所以在指导老师的提醒下，我认真看课本，将课本的一字一句都看熟，也从中发现了课本的一些缺漏，及时修改。上课的时候，紧紧的扣住课本，使学生渐渐地适应，培养他们自我阅读也可以学好英语的习惯。经过详细的阅读教材以及各种补充材料，我对每一节课都做了详细的备课，缓和了上课的紧张情绪，使上课走向成功。
3.多向指导老师请教交流。
虽然在学生前面我是一位老师，但在指导老师面前我仍是一位学生。在整个实习期间，指导老师给予我很大的帮助。没有上课之前，指导老师就向我提醒，金本小学的学生英语水平参差不齐，特别是在小学四年级的教学中更加体现。有些学生单词还背不熟，有些则以获得过多次竞赛的名次。对于课堂，要尽量满足前一种学生的要求，对于有一定基础的同学可以用鼓舞的方法，让他们帮助不懂的同学，形成一种良好的学习气氛。紧紧抓住学生的特点，是上好每节课的关键。通过与老师的交流，我学到了些教学方法和教学技巧，避免了上课时错误的发生。在每一节课结束后向老师请教，请他指出我的不足和提出建议。我从中吸取教训，总结经验，为下一堂课做好准备。
4.多给学生实践的机会。
英语课是理论与实践相结合的课程，理论对于学生俩说稍嫌枯燥，所以适当的安排他们按照角色朗读课文，编排情景小短剧，不但使学生们又口语时间的机会，更增加了趣味性，是觉得英语乏味的学生又重新燃起学习的兴趣。
三、关于教研活动
小学英语教学的主要目的：兴趣第一，听、说领先，读写跟上。开始学习英语时应该从听懂就做和学说英语句子开始，然后再学着认词、写句子等。谁能使小学生始终保持学英语的浓厚兴趣，并能让学生把所学到的简单英语运用到课内、外进行交际、交流思想他就是教学专家!
为使每位实习教师都很好把握教学的主要目的，我所在的小学英语教育实习团队积极开展了多种形式的教学教研活动：如通过听课、评课，尤其是指导老师到各校上示范课等形式，使青年教师在如何组织小学英语课堂教学，如何应变小学英语课堂教学，以及如何调控小学英语课堂教学上都有了一个新的认识与提高。
在我要离开金本小学的时候，我发现我越来越喜欢我的班级集体了，看着这些学生，我希望他们能努力学习，团结向上，不断进取争取更好的成绩。路漫漫其修远兮，吾将上下而求索。通过实习，我才发现自己所学知识实在太少太少。回学校后，我将巩固专业知识。同时了解其它各方面知识，真正做到一专多能，为以后的工作打好坚实的基础。
