我觉得这节课运用得最巧妙和恰当的功能是白板的投票器功能，它能让每个学生都参与到课堂来，投票时显示屏能帮助老师知道孩子思考时间的长短，能快速的知道每个选项的答对率或百分比，投票结果汇总的方式多，老师可根据自己喜好的方式进行结果展示，同时也能很好的维护中下生的尊严，不会出现选错答案孩子的名字，这样子让中下生更大胆的参与到课堂上来。在对食物进行健康与不健康的归纳中，运用白板的连接器功能，生动的'帮助学生清晰什么才是健康食物。在如何品评食物环节，通过透明度调节，简单、实用的工具快速把孩子的注意力吸引过来并使得版面干净、整洁。所有这些，都是用普通黑板和PPT无法实现的资源整合和生成。这一项功能大大节约了老师课件制作的时间，保证了课堂教学的流畅性，操作方便而有效。
交互式电子白板让老师成为了魔法师，让我们的课堂教学更加充满生机与活力，师生只需要用白板笔在白板上轻轻点、拖、拉就可以演示丰富的整合资源，很流畅地完成整个教学过程，突破教学的重难点，顺利达成教学目标，使教学达到理想的效果，这也是传统的黑板教学很难做到的。
本节课的话题是食物，在基于交互式电子白板的教学中，主要是以学生小组汇报展示为主，孩子们和我较好地做到了以下几个方面：
1）运用白板的投票器功能，更好的与学生互动，充分体现白板的互动性，它能对教学进行及时的反馈，让老师了解每个孩子的掌握情况，从而让老师及时调整教学，这样子每一个孩子都能从中受益；
2）媒体插入功能快速播放视频，音频和flash文件，学生乐于其中，兴趣盎然，易于理解;
3）很轻松自然地突破教学重点。如在介绍各地饮食文化时，每个孩子要表达的内容都比较多，运用白板的多项功能分别协助孩子很好的完成展示，提高了孩子们的自信。
4）让师生之间、生生之间、师生与资源之间产生了良好的互动，例如利用聚光灯、拉幕、连接器、透明度调节和突显功能等，不仅形式新颖，学生感兴趣，而且能清楚了解学生是否真正理解，适用于不同层次的学生。
5）注重培养学生小组合作能力和交流分享意识，从比赛、表演和投票互动的效果来看，每个学生都能积极投入，互相欣赏，气氛愉快活跃，我也受到了深深地感染，为学生们的表现感到自豪；
6）关注不同层次的学生，投票器的使用，使老师及时了解学生，从而更能关注他们。
白板的功能还有很多，在以后的教学中巧妙使用，与教学有机结合，更好地与学生互动交流，让白板更好地服务于课堂教学，让我们的教学更加有效和丰富多彩，让学生更喜欢我们的课堂，这就是我以后努力的方向。
