一、教材分析

英语读书沙龙活动方案
六年级组
英语课外阅读是英语课堂教学的重要补充，是学生英语学习的重要组成部分。为了落实《盐城市加强中小学语文和英语课外阅读指导意见》（盐教教科院〔2010〕11号文件）精神，有效组织和指导全校英语课外阅读，培养学生爱读书、多读书、会读书的良好习惯，全面提升我校学生的英语综合素养，为学生的终身发展奠定坚实基础，依据我校英语教学实际，制定我校英语阅读沙龙活动方案。
一、活动时间
2012年9月
二、组织分工。
组长各班英语老师
成员全体学生
三、活动流程。
准备阶段：
1、向全校师生发出读书倡议书，由分工领导主持动员大会，明确本次活动的主题，倡导师生、亲子共读。
2、设计校园读书宣传栏，各班出好黑板报，以营造浓厚的读书氛围。
3、各班要建立班级图书角，教师要积极作好阅读书目的推荐工作，教给学生摘录读书笔记和撰写读后感的方法。
活动阶段：
一、学生部分
1、成立或健全班级图书角，购书捐书活动开始。
2、开展学生“一日三读”活动，坚持早晨10分钟晨读：读、背英语课外阅读；课前两分钟诵读：巩固、熟读单词和对话；晚上回家与家人共读20分钟左右：西文化知识方面。
3、以“Learn by doing ”为主题，进行低年级学生的Let’s chant比赛，要求全员参与。
4、以“Reading is good for us”为主题，进行中年级的手抄报评比活动，每班可推荐上交三件作品，在校园中作展览。
5、以“I like English ”为主题，进行高年级英语演讲比赛，各班可先在班上进行初赛，然后推荐两人参加学校的比赛。
6、学生读书笔记：要求学生在阅读过程中摘抄有用的词句或知识性内容，所摘抄的笔记要做到经常翻阅、学以致用。期末评比“最佳摘抄员”。
7、读后感：学生可互相交换阅读资料并讨论、分享阅读中的乐趣，每月底进行一次“What I learned from the books”交流会，会后现场投票 “Super reader”.二、教师部分
1、全体英语教师制定自己的读书计划，每月至少读一本关于英语的教育杂志，每学期至少读一本关于教育的书刊，并写好读书笔记或随笔，期末交流读书心得，集体讨论在读书过程中遇到的问题。

又一学期即将结束，经过一学期的磨练和发展，我们的英语哆来咪社团活动逐步成熟。由于形式多样，活泼有趣，符合学生的需要，受到了社团学生的欢迎，现将本学期来的活动情况总结如下，以便以后能做到取长补短，有所提高。
首先，在教育工作计划的制订上。
我们立足学生期学生的特点，将目标制订得浅显易接受，我们的英语教育注重口语培养，以听说为主，不搞认读，坚持听说整合，先听后说，以听促说，自然习得的原则，培养学生学习的兴趣和对语言的敏感性，培养学生初步使用两种语言进行交际的能力，培养学生良好的学习习惯和各种基础技能。
其次，在教育内容的选择上。
我们力求符合学生的身心特点，注重选择学生亲身经历和日常生活中感兴趣、能理解、易吸收的内容，且生动有趣，富有童趣，又贴近学生生活与情感喜好，其难度既符合各年龄学生的发展特点，又略高于学生的年龄水平，使学生既不至于感到太难，又感到有一定的挑战性。
第三，在教学方法上。
我们以游戏为主，各种教学方法灵活交替使用，以此吸引学生，抓住学生，从而有效的调动学生学习的兴趣。我们经常借助实物、直观教具和模型玩具等学生喜爱的事物，让学生在玩乐中学习英语，提高了学习英语的兴趣。如：在教学生学水果类单词时，我们准备了各种水果或水果玩具，以水果店游戏的形式让学生在玩游戏的过程中学习相应的单词，学生很感兴趣。
第四，在教学手段上。
我们充分利用录音、录像多媒体等直观的现代化教育手段来激发和帮助学生学习英语。如：在教学生学习各种动物类的单词时，我们通过播放录像多媒体软件等形式演示给学生看，让学生觉得学习英语非常有趣。此外，我们还播放有关的英语短剧给学生看，播放一些英语歌曲给学生听，这一些都激发了学生学习英语的兴趣。
英语社团活动的开展给学生提供了一个练习英语口语的好机会，好场所。在这里，孩子们不仅学到了知识，还更增进了学习英语的自信心，对今后的学习有很好的促进作用。当然，我们的工作还存在不足，我们四年级英语哆来咪社团期待着我们的工作能够得到更快的完善，得到更好的发展。我们将本着为学生工作的思想更加努力地工作，使我们的学生的素质更好地得到提高。

1、在教学方法上，针对学生好动和对英语的好奇心，在教学中，本人主要以采用TPR（全身反应教学法）进行教学。在教学的同时尽量制造机会让学生离开位置，自主选择较为空旷的活动场地。活动中，要求学生在理解的基础上，加上自己的肢体语言。TPR（全身反应教学法）在教学中深受学生喜欢，往往能制造出良好的教学效果，是值得长期坚持的方法。
2、在教学内容上，本人主要教授与课本知识有联系的内容，以便学生在大班课堂教学中能适应教师教学，同时，由于学生之前已经对教材有一定的熟悉度，在大班课堂教学中能更加得心应手，有助于增强其自信心。为了不降低学生英语学习的兴趣，本人在教学中增加多首英文儿歌，有利于学生保持兴趣。
3、本人在教学中较为注重英语口语的培养，尽量保证每位学生有尽可能多的机会训练，并且能及时得到纠正。英语是用于交际的语言，因此仅仅会写会听是不够的，会说才是关键。在课堂上我用英语和肢体语言来表达自己的意思，尽量做到“NoChinese!”并且将大部分时间用于口语交际上。主要通过学生跟读，师生对话，设置情景学生扮演角色等来培养学生的口语能力。
4、多使用鼓励性用语。每个人都希望体验到成功的乐趣，长期的失败可能使学生处于低落状态。因此，在教学中，本人尽量使用鼓励性用语，如welldone、good、super等常用口语，并将其教给学生，使其明白含义。
5、合作学习
英语竞赛不仅可以激发学生的参与意识，还能培养学生的集体荣誉感和合作精神。我在教学时经常把学生分成若干小组，在学习字母、音标和日常交际时，预先布置任务。让全班开展小组竞赛。有了任务，学生学习起来就特别认真，主动。为了不落后其他小组，他们互相帮助学习。通过小组合作的方式进行学习，学生不仅学习主动性增强了，学习效率也提高了。
转眼间，一个学期的兴趣小组活动已接近尾声。虽然每个星期的课外活动时间都付与了兴趣小组活动，但一想起同学们日益高涨的学习热情，一想到孩子们不断增长的英语知识，我觉得十分欣慰。毕竟在此中得到的喜悦是远远不能用休息来获得的。通过英语课堂上各种活动的展示，我可喜获得了一些有用的教学经验，看到了孩子们的潜力。我会在实践中继续探索、思考，争取不断提高教学质量，让更多的孩子喜欢英语，喜欢我的课堂。
