英语课前演讲稿 篇二:The Benefits of Learning English from a Young Age

Ladies and gentlemen,

Good morning! Today, I would like to talk about the benefits of learning English from a young age. English has become a global language, and starting English education early in life can have numerous advantages for children.

Firstly, learning English from a young age promotes cognitive development. Research has shown that language learning stimulates brain activity and enhances cognitive abilities such as problem-solving, critical thinking, and creativity. Children who learn English early develop strong linguistic skills, as well as improved memory and attention span. These cognitive benefits not only aid in English language acquisition but also contribute to overall academic success.

Secondly, early English education provides a strong foundation for future language learning. Young children have a remarkable capacity for language acquisition, and exposing them to English at an early age allows them to develop a natural fluency and pronunciation. Learning English from a young age also helps children to grasp grammar rules and vocabulary more easily, setting them up for success in future language learning endeavors.

Furthermore, learning English early opens up a world of opportunities for children. English is the language of international communication and is widely used in the fields of business, science, technology, and entertainment. By becoming proficient in English at a young age, children can broaden their horizons and access a wealth of resources and opportunities. They can engage with people from different cultures, travel to English-speaking countries, and pursue higher education or career prospects internationally.

Moreover, early English education promotes cultural understanding and global awareness. By learning English, children are exposed to different cultures, customs, and perspectives. They develop empathy, respect, and appreciation for diversity. This cultural sensitivity is crucial in today's interconnected world, where global citizenship and cross-cultural communication are highly valued.

Lastly, learning English from a young age fosters a love for language and lifelong learning. Children who start English education early often develop a passion for languages and become more open to learning other languages in the future. They understand the value of language learning and embrace the challenges and rewards it brings. This positive attitude towards language learning sets them on a path of continuous personal and intellectual growth.

In conclusion, learning English from a young age offers numerous benefits for children. It promotes cognitive development, provides a strong foundation for future language learning, opens up opportunities, enhances cultural understanding, and instills a love for language and learning. Therefore, I encourage parents and educators to prioritize English education for young learners, as it equips them with essential skills and prepares them for success in our globalized world. Thank you.

英语课前演讲稿 篇四

There are many factors that can contribute to a person’s success in life. Whether he is at school or at work, a person is more likely to succeed if he is hard-working, honest, intelligent, responsible, and so on. But of all the possible characteristics that can affect one’s success, I believe self-confidence to be the most important for the following reasons.

The first reason is that when a person has self-confidence he believes in himself. He believes that he can and will succeed, and this gives him the courage to try new things. In order to be successful we must be willing to take some risks, so having self-confidence is very important. Another reason is that a confident person rarely gives up. When he fails he tries again and again until he wins. A final reason is that confident people are not afraid to show off their achievements. This is not to say that they should brag, but that they should gracefully and confidently accept the compliments of others. When their achievements are noticed more by others at school or work, they are more likely to succeed.

In short, I believe self-confidence to be the most important factor in success. It enables people to take risks, try again when they fail, and enjoy their accomplishments when they win. With these abilities, a confident person can succeed easily at school or work.

Tell everyone a good news, our school will be held in the cover letter middle school art festival!

20 year January 12 (Thursday), my left hand holding a pink festival invitation, right hand holding to show our classmates come on drum strength son, set foot in the cover letter with aflame mood high school gate.

When I walked into the cover letter middle school auditorium along with the crowd, I saw the familiar faces -- my classmates. They each person's face is permeated with the sense of excitement, may be because the long-expected festival had finally arrived!

After long prologue in school, we began our festival finally!

First is in grade one students into the ceremony of the young pioneers. Such as the three senior classmates after the red flag up, began to swear. In the oath, the classmates all looked attentive, very serious. And then, under the leadership of the brigade of counselors, we sang young pioneers team song.

The festival programmes have varied, with singing, dancing, recitation, singing, wind... We have too many things to see. Show a than a fascinating, the audience's applause and cheering. Among them, my favorite, is the wind.

Band's classmates play is jay Chou's "chrysanthemum Chinese Taiwan" and "cowboy busy". The classmates in focus at the play, blow the two songs very good to listen. Their usual practice ability show incisively and vividly.

You missed such a wonderful festival, have you?

at this point, i would like to juxtapose a few of the impeachment criteria with some of the actions the president has engaged in. impeachment criteria: james madison, from the virginia ratification convention. "if the president be connected in any suspicious manner with any person and there be grounds to believe that he will shelter him, he may be impeached."

we have heard time and time again that the evidence reflects the payment to defendants money. the president had knowledge that these funds were being paid and these were funds collected for the 1972 presidential campaign. we know that the president met with mr. henry petersen 27 times to discuss matters related to watergate, and immediately thereafter met with the very persons who were implicated in the information mr. petersen was receiving. the words are: "if the president is connected in any suspicious manner with any person and there be grounds to believe that he will shelter that person, he may be impeached."

justice story: "impeachment" is attended -- "is intended for occasional and extraordinary cases where a superior power acting for the whole people is put into operation to protect their rights and rescue their liberties from violations." we know about the huston plan. we know about the break-in of the psychiatrist's office. we know that there was absolute complete direction on september 3rd when the president indicated that a surreptitious entry had been made in dr. fielding's office, after having met with mr. ehrlichman and mr. young. "protect their rights." "rescue their liberties from violation."

the carolina ratification convention impeachment criteria: those are impeachable "who behave amiss or betray their public trust."4 beginning shortly after the watergate break-in and continuing to the present time, the president has engaged in a series of public statements and actions designed to thwart the lawful investigation by government prosecutors. moreover, the president has made public announcements and assertions bearing on the watergate case, which the evidence will show he knew to be false. these assertions, false assertions, impeachable, those who misbehave. those who "behave amiss or betray the public trust."

james madison again at the constitutional convention: "a president is impeachable if he attempts to subvert the constitution." the constitution charges the president with the task of taking care that the laws be faithfully executed, and yet the president has counseled his aides to commit perjury, willfully disregard the secrecy of grand jury proceedings, conceal surreptitious entry, attempt to compromise a federal judge, while publicly displaying his cooperation with the processes of criminal justice. "a president is impeachable if he attempts to subvert the constitution."

if the impeachment provision in the constitution of the united states will not reach the offenses charged here, then perhaps that 18th-century constitution should be abandoned to a 20th-century paper shredder.

has the president committed offenses, and planned, and directed, and acquiesced in a course of conduct which the constitution will not tolerate? that's the question. we know that. we know the question. we should now forthwith proceed to answer the question. it is reason, and not passion, which must guide our deliberations, guide our debate, and guide our decision.

i yield back the balance of my time, mr. chairman.
