Dear Diary,
Today was a rollercoaster of emotions for me. In the morning, I woke up feeling excited because it was my birthday. My family had planned a special celebration for me, complete with a delicious cake and presents. I felt so loved and grateful for all the effort they put into making my day special.
However, as the day went on, I received some disappointing news. I found out that I did not get the lead role in the school play that I had been auditioning for. I had put my heart and soul into preparing for the audition, so I couldn't help but feel a bit dejected.
Despite the setback, I tried to focus on the positive aspects of my day. I spent the evening surrounded by my friends and family, laughing and enjoying each other's company. I realized that even though I may not have gotten the role I wanted, I still have so much to be thankful for.
As I reflect on today, I am reminded that life is full of ups and downs. It's important to cherish the good moments and learn from the challenging ones. I am determined to keep working hard and pursuing my passions, no matter what obstacles come my way.

As I made my way up the rock wall, I felt a rush of adrenaline and excitement. The feeling of accomplishment when I reached the top was indescribable. Afterwards, my friends and I went out for a picnic in the park. We laughed, shared stories, and enjoyed the beautiful weather. It was a perfect way to unwind after a day of physical exertion. I realized how lucky I am to have such supportive and adventurous friends in my life.

同时，经理带着我熟悉了下办公环境，我对公司的工作环境非常的满意。就这样我开始了我的第一份工作。很兴奋，也很期待。

今天我们开始认识外贸操作平台，经理介绍到，现在的主流外贸平台有Alibaba, Made-In-China, Globalsource等等，我们用的是Alibaba，我们的任务就是熟悉这个操作平台，熟悉它的流程还有方式，经理还给我们讲解了各个部分都是干什么用的，哪个是用来上传产品的，哪个是用来查看本行业的进出口信息的。最后经理让我们自己熟悉下，随便看看，了解它的大环境，为后来的工作打下基础。

为了切实提高我们的翻译能力，检查我们对已学翻译理论和技巧的熟悉与掌握程度，以及加强理论与实践相结合的能力，学校为我们提供了长达8周的翻译实习的机会。通过这次翻译实习，我想我们一定可以提高运用所学翻译知识的能力。同时，在翻译过程中遇到的问题也会提高我们解决问题的能力。翻译是一门综合性较强的学科，想要达到较理想的翻译结果，必须自己查阅大量资料，阅读大量信息，尽可能扩展自己的知识面。我很期待这次实习，因为我想我一定会学到很多不同方面的知识，提高自己自觉查询资料的能力。我已经为这次翻译实践做好准备!

Today，my sister and me to a dirty dog take a shower，sister to bring water，then used washbasin and soap，we first make the dog water wet，and then rubbed with soap and rub a rub，finally washed with clean water! The dog is white and beautiful!
