My name is Emily and I am excited to have the opportunity to introduce myself to you all.
I was born and raised in a small town in the United States, but I have always had a curiosity and passion for different cultures and languages. This led me to pursue a degree in International Studies with a focus on East Asian Studies. During my time in university, I had the amazing opportunity to study abroad in China for a semester. This experience not only improved my language skills but also allowed me to immerse myself in the rich Chinese culture.
I am a highly motivated individual with a strong work ethic. Throughout my academic journey, I have always strived to challenge myself and explore new areas of interest. In addition to my studies, I actively participated in various extracurricular activities such as volunteering at local community centers and organizing cultural exchange events. After graduating from university, I worked as an English teacher in China for two years. This was an incredible experience that allowed me to share my knowledge and passion for the English language with my students.
